Sanitation refers to the creation and maintenance of conditions that will prevent food contamination or food-borne illness.
Introduction To Salads, Soups & Sandwiches
Simple salads vs Composed salads. We will have fun making soups from scratch.
Fun Culinary
Cooking Competition
We will host monthly cooking competitions where kids will battle against each other for the gold.
Culinary Tools and
Knife Handling
Introduction to various tools and their proper usage. We go in detail into knife safety, sharpening and skills.
Introduction To Fruits & Vegetables
Vegetable refers to a plant or part of a plant used as food, typically as an accompaniment to meat or fish, such as a cabbage, potato, carrot, or bean.
Product Identification
Herbs, spices, proteins and oils. We will learn all of the different ingredients that go into all recipes.

Bread Making
Learn the foundational techniques of mixing, kneading, proofing, and baking a variety of yeast and quick breads.
Frozen Desserts
Discover the methods behind crafting smooth, flavorful ice creams, sorbets, and other frozen treats.
Dough Making
Master different types of dough—from laminated and enriched to shortcrust—while focusing on gluten development and shaping.
Baking Tools and
Equipment
Get familiar with essential pastry tools and kitchen equipment, learning their functions and proper usage for professional results.
Custards & Creams
Understand temperature control and egg chemistry while preparing silky pastry creams, crème brûlée, and stovetop custards.
Pastry Product Identification
Develop the ability to identify, categorize, and describe classic pastry items from global traditions based on ingredients, texture, and techniques.

No experience needed! Whether your child is a total beginner or already loves helping out in the kitchen, our classes are designed for all skill levels. We break down each recipe step-by-step so every young chef can learn with confidence and have fun.
Yes! We are happy to accommodate dietary needs whenever possible. Common substitutions are available for gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and nut-free diets. Just let us know your child’s restrictions during registration, and we’ll provide modification tips for each recipe.
For younger chefs (ages 5–8), we encourage a parent or guardian to assist during class, especially with hot surfaces or sharp tools. For older kids, light supervision is recommended, but many can follow along independently.
You’ll receive a detailed supply list and recipe ahead of class so you can shop and prep together before the cooking fun begins.
Most classes are 60–75 minutes. We keep the pace fun, interactive, and manageable so kids stay engaged from start to finish.
All you need is a device with internet access (laptop, tablet, or phone), Zoom installed, and a spot in your kitchen with room to cook!
